We cannot accept any items marked as Final Sale on our website for refunds or exchanges.
Kilo Tango offers free exchanges and accepts returns for credit or refund on purchases made directly through our company as long as the returned product is not custom, made-to-order, monogrammed, discontinued, final sale, visibly worn, altered, tags removed, or damaged. All sales of gift cards and promotional items are final and are not eligible for return. For full refunds and free exchanges, the product must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, and we can only issue credit to the original form of payment, or we can alternatively provide a merchandise credit.
Kilo Tango is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. International returns are responsible for their own shipping charges and return shipping labels.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 1-4 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the refund to your account after they have received the information from us.
