We cannot accept any items marked as Final Sale on our website for refunds or exchanges.
Kilo Tango offers free exchanges and accepts returns for store credit on purchases made directly through our company as long as the returned product is not custom, made-to-order, monogrammed, discontinued, final sale, visibly worn, altered, tags removed, or damaged. All sales of gift cards and promotional items are final and are not eligible for return. For returns and exchanges, the product must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, and we can only provide a merchandise credit. Shipping costs are not refunded at this time.
Kilo Tango is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. International returns are responsible for their own shipping charges and return shipping labels.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 1-4 business days.
